New Hope is
a global ministry sponsored by the Crystal Cathedral to provide
free of charge a suicide and crisis intervention hotline and web
site which offer nonjudgmental love in Jesus' name to anyone seeking
help - around the world, around the clock, 365 days a year since
1968. Volunteer counselors have responded to the call of God,
the expanding of their hearts, and the guidance of their training
to become part of a positive Christian community committed to
offer listening ears, caring hearts, and helping hands of crisis
intervention, goal-setting, prayer, and/or community referrals
to hurting people - no matter what their gender, color, religion,
socioeconomic status, lifestyle, or personal need might be.
